2012, WORLD WAR III - A REALITY OR A FALLACY?
The Mayan and so many calendars have shown that something remarkable will take place in 2012. The movie Apocalyto also depicts the same fate. It shows the world would end in 2012. Several people have anticipated something strange that is going to take place in this controversial year. Why is 2012 tagged as a doomsday or year? The most common is the issue of a third world war!
The thought of past wars and their excruciating effects are in large volumes of history books. The greatest of them; World War I and World War II rings a bell in the minds of people. Countries such as Japan cannot erase the memory of the Nagasaki and Hiroshima bomb blast which has rendered these places useless till date.
Nevertheless, the big question is; is there a possibility of a Third World War? How soon will it be fought and what is the purpose?
As a growing newspaper, our aim is to dedicate a portion of our page dubbed “The Apocalens” to analyze past and recent issues including developments that would either serve as build up to the supposed third world war or to ascertain whether it should be considered a mere fiction or a fallacy.
From the most accurate prophetic book –The Bible, The popular scripture quoted for the Third World War is the book of Ezekiel chapter 38 and 39 which speaks of a day when Gog and Magog (Russia), Persia (Iran), Torgommah (Turkey), Lybia, Egypt and other countries will rise up against Israel in a battle. This would lead to America joining Israel as an ally. Many Alliances would be formed to support the two warring factions thereby plunging the whole world into a deadly nuclear war.
Following this so many people including scientists and seers such as the famous Nostradamus, Baba Vanga, Albert Einstein, Matthias Stromberger, Reverend Raymond Jackson and many others have claims of having visions of the world being thrown into a bloody Third World War which will wipe out many people more than any war has ever done.
It is interesting to note the commonness in their predictions. Most of them pegged the period of intense fighting to four years. Whiles there are variations as to when it would begin, their predictions shows it will begin either in November /December 2010, 2011 or 2012. The most likely option is that of Nostradamus who predicted 2012. Other people such Saint Malachy has given accurate predictions which make the timeline too close.
Currently, countries such as North Korea, Iran, United States of America, Russia, and China have built and are still embarking nuclear programs which are used to produce nuclear weapons/warheads. There have been reports of underground bunkers (anti nuclear underground buildings used to house people during wars) being built by countries in preparation for this supposed world war.
The Norwegian government affirmed before 2009 that there was a need for them to complete the building of their underground bunkers before 2011.
It must be noted that In this modern world, war has advanced from the use of weapons such as bows and arrows, rifles, atomic bombs and soldiers to the use of nuclear war heads, robots, biological weapons and intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM).
These weapons are capable of wiping millions of people at one launch. So we ask ourselves what will happen if there should be a third world war. Are we prepared for it?
As we go through these interesting series of proofs of a possible upsurge of world war 3 we would like our readers to also keep on researching so as to make their own conclusions. Our aim is not to frighten people but to guide them put measures in place in case there will be a need for survival.
Nevertheless lets take a quick scan through the predictions of these men. We want to assure our dear readers that we would Give them a detailed presentation on each man or woman in our subsequent editions.
MICHEL DE NOSTRADAMUS(1503–1566)
Michel de Nostradamus was gifted French physician and prophet, made and recorded over one thousand predictions during his lifetime. What Nostradamus did prophesy was that a great war would come sometime during the last five years of the 20th century, presaged by famine, drought and a series of other natural disasters. This war will last close to 30 years, after which there will be one thousand years of peace, or a new golden age.
STORMBERGER (1753 - 1830)
Matthias Stormberger, a lowly cow herder at Rabenstein, Germany, recorded some remarkable visions of the future. "Gigantic catastrophes will happen. With the open eyes, the nations of the planet will go through these catastrophes. They won’t know what is happening, and those that know and tell, will be silenced." "Everything will be different from before, and in many places the Earth will be a great cemetery. The third war will be the end of many nations.
BABA VANGA (1911 – 1996) Baba Vanga was a famous Bulgarian prophet. She made th following predictions : 2010 - The start of WWIII. The war will begin in November of 2010 and will end in October of 2014. Will start as a normal war, then will include usage of nuclear and chemical weapons. 2011 - Due to the radioactive showers in Northern Hemisphere - no animals or plants will be left. Muslims will begin chemical war against Europeans who are still alive. 2014 - Most of the people in this world will have skin cancer and skin related diseases. (as a result of chemical wars).
